Transitioning to the Client side of the development business he has served as Divisional Director of Sales and Marketing for the Nation's largest homebuilders DR Horton and Lennar and has guided apartment, single-family and condominium developments in New Brunswick, Princeton and Jersey City, New Jersey, and Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Northeastern and Central Pennsylvania.
